I like Jamie-Lynn, but this isn't her best effort - the dress just looks boring.
If you click on a pic, there some weirdness going on at her hairline. Looks like someone got a pair of scissors after the front of her head and cut a little spot very short.

shes quite attractive.
the hairline does look like someone cut it short. Maybe its a little fringe.

Ive seen a few movies she's in and she's annoying in each of em.
