definitely someone who needs a makeup artist to be gorgeous. Though when she does have the makeup, she really is gorgeous.

She looks pretty but so most people wearing sunglasses, seriously. I never realized how much eyes complete a face. Scarlett doesn't look good without eye makeup either.

She's another good-taste challenged celeb in dire need of a good stylist. I know it all must have cost megabucks, but it looks like she got the lot from Walmart. And the cheap looking overdone dye job doesn't help matters.

I have never found Scarlett to be one of the best looking people in Hollywood at all. Good actress but I just don't really find her all that special to look at.
