It could be that they were both claiming the other hit the kids to make each other seem like the bad parent and the judge gave the "no corporal punishment" thing as a warning to both just in case.

You guys are right, Britney please give up the kids to Kevin, he is the better parent. Kevin has shown his maturity and devotion in the past when he hooked up with Britney at a club and left Shar pregnant and hopped a plane to London to be with his new money ticket. You are my type of man! Britney is an idiot / self serving bi!ch for continuing the relationship after finding out what a looser he really was.

I cannot wait to hear his explanation of this to his two little precious son's when the book from one of them comes out in 15 years. I am sure he will tell them that he sacrificed his other two kids for the benefit of them. Thank goodness Jayden will turn 18 in 17 years and Kevin's child support will stop then.

Kevin is really working hard these days with his commercial (filmed almost a year ago) and his guest appearances on a low rated TV shows. I am so proud that he is finally making some cash to cover his lawyer fee's - oops - my mistake, Britney is responsible for his lawyers fees - subpeonas, depositions and harrassment of past and present friends/employees.

Congratulations to Britney and Kevin for making such fools of all of us who think we have any insight in to their lives. I am quite sure if we really knew what was happening on a daily basis, we would be quite bored with their existence. Unlike a majority of us who have to go to work 40 hours a week, they have the luxury to hire Nannies, Housekeepers, Bodyguards, Drivers, Lawyers, Publicist, Assistants etc. and shop til they drop. All we see is what the PAPS want us to see and therefore we have every right to judge their lives. Boy do I feel foolish.

A little advice Brittany, not that you will take it, because from what I have read in the gossip sites you do not take advice. Next time you want to reproduce, go to a sperm bank. You won't have to worry about child support, alimony, threats of exposure and public scrutiny.

I love when people say we don't know what is really going on in Brit's life so we shouldn't judge her immediately after they judge Kfed. Why does Brit get so much sympathy?

Well, it's good that the judge is finally telling her to get her act together or lose her kids. Whether Britney listens is a whole different story.

Because if she's still in denial about her problems, the threat of losing her kids won't get her back on track. Britney seems like a lot of the other drug addicts I've known who needs to hit rock bottom and lose everything before she'll even admit there is a problem.

This judge is brilliant. That is EXACTLY what needs to be happening. Very fair and sufficiently strict, and also interesting that Federline didn't come out smelling like roses either.

Finally, the court systems havent failed and finally someone with some SENSE is intervening in this whole circus.

It almost seems like the judge set her up to fail (and I'm sure she will). For one thing, there is the sobriety issue and random drug testing. Next, is she is going to have to, *gasp* WORK, in counsling and parenting classes. And finally, she has to accept people telling her "no", like when she wants to go to Vegas with the kids, and KFed tells her no, and she has to stay put.

Shall prove interesting which one she fucks up first.
