I've never liked Winona as an actress. Something about her characters or something about her acting has always bugged me.

But I have to admit, she sounds interesting and intelligent in this interview. And sane.

Maybe she's changed, because every single thing I've heard about her makes her sound like a huge psychotic bitch.

I don't think she's changed, I think she's still a huge psychotic bitch. I don't believe people like that can change. She just learned to lay low, let time pass and make it seem that way. I do think she's smart in that way. She's self-aware enough to manipulate her image.

And she wasn't the greatest actress by any means (Age of Innocence and Bram Stoker's Dracula, anyone?), even if she was better than Angelina, that's not really saying much. She did, however, have great material that suited her range--LOVED Heathers and Reality Bites, Beetlejuice, Welcome Home Roxy Carmichael, etc.
