Sleuth, they're either on an undeveloped hill behind her house (how convenient for an attention whore) or in a helicopter. She knows they're there.
And she does look pregnant. She's been working out and under daddy's watchful eye. How could this happen?? Let's pray it's nothing a good dump won't cure.

I remember when there were rumours she aborted Adnan's spawn.
Maybe she didn't... and she is pregnant (lord help that child). Because frankly her belly has not slimmed down, I'd say it's gotten bigger over the last three months.
