Unfortunately, she didn't have money backing her skating career and her family life was pretty pathetic from what I've read. All-in-all, very sad because I think had she not been married to a real jerk she could have beat out Kerrigan fair and square. She was an excellent technical skater and I was really rooting for her to succeed.

Every time this story comes up, it is reported that Nancy cried "Why me?". In footage shot of her right after the attack , she is holding her leg crying "why, why, why".

AS I remember the footage, Nancy cried "Why me" and then, as soon as she noticed the cameras were on her, cried "Why anyone". Now she didn't wanna come of as hung up on herself.  That would be conduct unbecoming an Ice Princess. Anyone remember the story about Nance getting caught using vulgar language while riding a parade float at Disneyland?
Of course guys with overbite fetishes loved her. She had chompers like Bugs Bunny!
Oh yeah, and didn't she also bust up her trainer's marriage?? Neither of those girls were very wholesome.
Contact sports don't seem to be Tonya's game...
