Haven't heard anything about the case recently, but last I read she has custody and he has visitation and of course pays child support. Which is probably how she's able to exist on unemployment. And considering the Flatley judgment, I'm sure she doesn't really want any garnishable income.

I'm guessing he didn't pursue it because he's really not in a position to take full custody of a 2 year old..he's got a demanding career and is divorced with 2 other kids living with his ex-wife I believe.
