True. But it's not always as funny.

I just found this pic of Slash yesterday; it doesn't look as if he has changed physically a bit since the late 80s, except that he's grown a double chin. Scroll down a bit to see:
The Superficial - Because You're Ugly
The hat! That nose ring!
I used to really like him, too, when he was "mysterious" as someone else said he used to be.
Someone else mentioned that he appeared to be "slow". I saw an interview with him a few years ago and he didn't seem to be very bright.

I don't know what he was thinking sharing that with the world, but for what it's worth, a friend of mine who was a sailor told me that South American working girls are the best.
He'd completely fallen for this Brazilian hooker, and even had this grand notion of bringing her to Greece.

You'll read things like who he was doing drugs with (e.g. Vanity, his ex fiance, she's now turned a crazy Jesus worshipper reverend, I bet drugs really messed with her head!), what drugs he was taking and how, how he behaved (drug induced psychosis, paranoia) how he treated his bandmates, friends, family, groupies, girlfriends (basically an asshole), his issues (coming from a dysfunctional family/childhood memories, depression) his experience with OD and dying, etc etc.
But I'm a fantard!
I even went to Nikki's book signing!

It sounds cool. I've read the Dirt (the story of the whole band) and I don't know how much overlap there might be between the two but I'd like to check it out as well.
As for Slash, I've seen a pic of his where you can see his eyes. He has some serious crosseyed thing going which explains the mystery... I agree that he looks and sounds slow but he's a damn good guitarist.

I like him, but I know I'm in the minority here...I was a bit of a Guns fantard back in the day.
