I think a lot of women lean towards blaming the woman a little more than the man, cause subconsciously, it makes them feel that women should be smarter than men. But if women blamed men exactly as equal to women, now that would make men equally as smart as women when it comes to the sexual department and women rather not see it that way, cause the female's ego wants to have an advantage in the sexual department when it comes to who really can control it.

That was exactly my point

He is at least not pretending to be blamesless like Sienna so I don't get all the "he's just as much to blame as her" deflections. Of course he is, but he's not the one talking to the press.

I think he might be back with the wife. There's a picture at them (at Getty images, ha!) from one of their kids birthday, I think. But who knows.

the whole 'women are supposed to be smarter when it comes to sex' and all that bullshit about expecting better morals from women than men is just another way to justify putting more blame on the woman, and it's the reason why traditionally male adultery was accepted and female adultery was considered the ultimate betrayal. and the sad thing is that a lot of women buy into that line about how they're supposedly smarter than men in the sexual department, and that the men, poor things, can't help themselves. just like women are so much better at housework and have to clean up after the poor, helpless things.
i don't buy it.
