If this were Britney Spears kids GossipRocks would have exploded by now.

    Just saying ..

But yeah, this is more than normal between siblings. And with girls, it can get pretty nasty sometimes.
Me & my sister were best friends & worst enemies within just one hour.
Actually, five minutes would be more than enough at times

We have had four young girls in same house and I tell it was war sometimes. I was the smallest so I got either to be beaten or do what they say.

Little punching is nothing, I have been getting fooled to give my candy away and it was usual to us to pull each other by hair. I don't mean little pulling, it was harsh. That why I never have gotten over it.

I'm such a martyr. I was kidding, doesn't kids always beat each other, it is nothing unless someone accidentally dies.

I think it is a problem if Zahara is doing this often and is having other behavioral issues. Otherwise kids will be kids!
True, true. When my daughter was three, she threw a shoe and hit my son on the head. He had to have three stiches! Thank God he was 5, old enough to explain to the ER staff what happened. They were looking at me sideways.

But. If this is a pattern for Z, something needs to be done. Not only could she really hurt the baby, who is much smaller than her, un-checked she could turn into a real bully.

Z looks fierce, I can totally see this. She's my favorite, lol.

I knocked my brother's tooth out when he was six. It felt so good.

When the twins come maybe Shiloh won't get beat up so much.

That's going to be a lot of kids. Even with nannies it's going to be hard work.

Kids will be kids. They will beat on eachother. Just the way it is.

I'm sorry, but I just would not allow my older, bigger, stronger kid to beat up my baby. This is not like a pair of 5 and 7 yr olds, or 8 and 10. Shiloh is a baby.

^ I think Zahara's only a year older than Shilo.

We're talking 2, 3, 4 & 6 year olds here. A two year old can be just as mean as the older ones. I should know....been there, done that.

I used to work daycare. Toddler room...*shudders Those kids at that age are very egocentric, and I felt like a referee most days!!

I think Shilo is adorable, and Z is obviously JELLUS, thats why she is mean to her sissy!!

Thank God my kid responds like a champ to time outs. She hit her dad once and had a time out. She's never done it again. HAving said that, my brother beat the crap out of me when we were kids. Getting hit upside the head by my dad didn't seem to deter him in the least.

It's my LEAST favourite age group, and that's the reason why. They are simply incapable of considering anyone's feelings save their own. Plus, they're always sticky and generally screaming. Seven is the age when kids are at their cooles, IMO. They have their own thoughts and wants (different that those of their parents) are able to vocalize them intelligently, and still have that sense of wonder and excitement about the world.
