I used to go to Long Beach Island with a friend and family my last year of high school. I remember people eating some famous fried shrimp at one of the beachy shack restaurants. I had mine fresh and iced cold with cocktail sauce, please!

The father of this family had a song for Shop Rite I kid you not. As soon as I saw Shop Rite mentioned I went back to that time. He sang it operatically.

So.... back in October Gia posted a racist YouTube video about deporting Mexicans & South American’s but not dear old felon dad...
    https://allaboutthetea.com/2018/10/1...t-racist-rant/
In the video below, the Youtube broadcaster goes on a rant about his disgust over the judge’s decision to deport Joe Giudice by comparing the father of four’s situation to DACA. He claims the system is broken and targeted Joe because of his Italian ethnicity and the system shows special favors to Mexicans and South Americans.

As fans know, on October 10, an immigration judge ruled the father of four be deported back to his native Italy, upon his release from federal prison in March 2019.DACA stands for “Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals” — and is an American immigration policy that allows some individuals who were brought to the United States illegally as children to receive a renewable two-year period of deferred action from deportation and become eligible for a work permit in the U.S.

Upon Joe Giudice’s prison release in 2019, the father of four will be immediately detained and escorted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to an immigration detention facility, where he will be held upon his deportation to Europe. Given the severity of Joe Giudice’s crimes — classified as “moral turpitude” and “aggravated felonies” — deportation was the only decision the judge could make. Despite Joe having lived and worked in the U.S. for over 44 years, being married to a U.S. citizen for nearly 20 years, and having four children born in the United States. Joe Giudice has arrests and convictions spanning over two decades:
    • Assault (Joe smashed a woman’s head into a mailbox in 1992)
    • Bank fraud
    • Bankruptcy fraud
    • Identity fraud (2014 conviction for using his brother’s identity to obtain a new license after he lost his because of a drunk-driving conviction)
    • Tax evasion
    • Multiple DUIs resulting in convictions and jail time
    • Driving on a suspended license (Joe’s had his driver’s license suspended more than a dozen times)

Unfortunately, the reality bad boy’s family feels his crimes should be overlooked and he be granted special privileges to stay in the United Stated — despite not offering America nothing constructive in exchange.

And now.... he’s been given leave to remain while he appeals & it’s full of WTF details....

Real Housewives' star Joe Giudice can stay in US as he appeals deportation ruling

Perhaps confidence is growing after a victory in Joe Giudice’s battle to stay in the United States.

Giudice, of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” fame, has been granted permission to remain in the U.S. by a federal court as he appeals his deportation order, according to the Associated Press. He previously had a stay of removal. Also, a motion for 27 former immigration judges to argue on Giudice’s behalf was also granted.

“With confidence, you have won even before you have started,” posted wife Teresa Giudice on her Facebook on Wednesday, quoting the late black nationalist Marcus Garvey.

Teresa, left, and Joe Giudice, from "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," leave federal court in Newark on March 4, 2014. They each pleaded guilty to bankruptcy fraud, conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud, and failing to pay taxes.

Joe Giudice has been battling to remain in the United States following his conviction and 48-month sentence for tax fraud. An immigration court ruled in October 2018 that Giudice is to be deported back to Italy upon the completion of his federal sentence. [/COLOR]
The government can deport anyone who is not a U.S. citizen if they commit a crime. Giudice was brought from Italy to the United States by his parents when he was a 1-year old and he never became a citizen.
Giudice’s team filed a petition in federal court after the immigration court ruled that he must go and that's where the case is now.
Teresa Giudice served 11 months in prison for a related fraud conviction. She’s stated that she’ll stay in the United States with their four children if Joe

It’s like starting a whole new life, and (my kids) have been through so much already,” said Teresa on “Real Housewives.” “So, I mean, I’m not doing a long-distance relationship. I’m just not doing it. You know, I want somebody with me every day. And I know exactly what happens, like, I’m sure he’ll be with other women. It happens. So, if we do the long-distance thing, it’s not going to work. I’d be like, bye-bye.”

Reps for the Giudices did not reply to a request for comment to this article as of press time.

Joe Giudice granted request to return to Italy before deportation case ruling

Juicy Joe is going back to Italy.

Teresa Giudice‘s husband, Joe Giudice, was granted permission to return to his native country as he awaits a final decision in his deportation case, per court documents obtained by E! News.

On Sept. 24, Joe, 47, filed a request to have the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement release him from custody and send him to Italy. Two judges signed off on the request on Wednesday.

Per the request, the family’s attorney, James J. Leonard Jr., previously said, Joe “wishes to be released so that [he] can begin working and contributing financially to his wife and four young children.”

It is unknown when exactly Joe will go abroad. His rep did not immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.

Teresa, 47, who has been married to Joe for 20 years, has not issued a statement. The two are parents to Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10.

However, last month, the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star admitted her family was going through “a sad time.”

“It’s a sad time with my husband and everything so we’re going to try and work it out as best we can,” she said (via Us Weekly). “The most important thing is our four daughters, so I’m hoping Joe is able to stay in the United States.”

Giuidice was taken into custody by ICE after serving a 41-month sentence for conspiracy and fraud charges.

If Juicy Joe has been in the U.S. so long, why didn't he become a citizen? Was he here illegally?

He came as a child with his parents, but never filed for citizenship.

I guess he figured he'd been here so long that he didn't need to.

If you have leave to stay & a green card not everyone feels the need to become a citizen.

Joe Who? Teresa Giudice Didn’t Go To Italy To See Husband Amid Deportation Crisis

'RHONJ' star breaks her silence as she snubs her spouse.

    October 11, 2019 @ 20:02PM

Joe Giudice’s family is furious that ‘RHONJ’ star Teresa Giudice didn’t go to Italy to welcome her husband there amid his deportation crisis, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.
Radar broke the news that Joe was on a plane flying to Italy late on October 11, 2019 after begging a federal judge for permission to return to his native country rather than continue to rot in the Pennsylvania ICE detention center he’s called home since his prison release in March.

An insider told Radar that upon his arrival in Italy, his mother, Filomena Giudice, and his brother, Peter Giudice, were in the European country preparing for his arrival but, after four years being locked up, his wife was not with them.
“Joe’s family is disgusted with Teresa. They don’t even talk to her anymore and they can’t believe she didn’t go to see him after the trauma of the last few months,” the insider snitched.
“He will be heading to Naples shortly, where there is a house waiting for him. His mother has been fixing up a house for him in preparation for his arrival,” a source previously told Radar.

Hours after Radar broke the news that Joe was on a plane, Teresa posted a artists rendition of the Statue of Liberty with hands covering her face and put four praying hand emjois as her caption.

Now that Joe has moved to Italy, the insider said that Joe’s family wants nothing to do with her.
“Joe’s family can’t believe that Teresa went on extravagant vacations and traveled all over the place without her kids this summer but she can’t even go see her husband when he gets out of prison.”

    Opens a New Window.

Joe originally requested to be allowed to make bail and go home to his wife and four daughters in New Jersey as he waited for his deportation appeal to be decided.
At the September 11, 2019 hearing Teresa appeared for the first time with his family, but the warring parties had a standoff in the courtroom.
Joe’s family, including his mother, brother and cousins, refused to speak to the reality star during the hearing. And Teresa made every effort to avoid them, sitting on the other side of the room through the legal proceedings.

    Opens a New Window.

With tensions so high, “she was smart to stay away from them,” the insider said.
Joe’s ailing mother cried throughout the hearing. “We just want him home!” she shouted.
The insider told Radar that Teresa and Filomena’s relationship is a disaster.
“Teresa is afraid of her,” the insider explained. “During her marriage, Joe always listened to her and would always take her side.”

A judge signed off on Joe’s request to be released from ICE custody on October 3, and as Radar exclusively reported, he was desperate to leave as soon as possible.

“They broke him in there, and he can’t take it anymore,” a source said.

    Addio, Joe!
Joe Giudice Opens a New Window. is on a plane and heading back to his native Italy amid his deportation appeal, RadarOnline.com can confirm.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa’s jailbird husband, 49, is on a flight to Italy in the late hours of October 11, multiple sources told Radar.

As Radar readers know, Joe begged a federal judge for permission to return to his native country rather than continue to rot in the Pennsylvania ICE detention center he’s called home since his prison release in March.

    Opens a New Window.

“Joe’s mother and brother Peter are already in Italy and are waiting for him there,” an insider told Radar.

“He will be heading to Naples shortly, where there is a house waiting for him. His mother has been fixing up a house for him in preparation for his arrival.”

A judge signed off on Joe’s request to be released from ICE custody on October 3, and as Radar exclusively reported, he was desperate to leave as soon as possible.

“They broke him in there, and he can’t take it anymore,” a source said.
Joe completed a 41-month sentence for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud in March, but was immediately transferred to ICE custody.
He was ordered to be deported in October 2018, since he was not a U.S. citizen when he committed the crimes.

    Opens a New Window.

Joe’s original request to make bail and go home to his wife and four daughters in New Jersey was denied last month, and that was the final straw after nearly a year of appealing his deportation.
Though he has vowed to continue his appeal from overseas, it’s unlikely he will ever be let back in to the United States, a prominent immigration attorney told Radar.

Teresa will now make moves to divorce him, an insider told Radar, adding that the reality TV mom has already prepared the legal documents.

Joe Giudice I'm Packin' My Bags for Italy ... Gets a Call with Teresa First

    10/11/2019 4:25 PM PT

    Exclusive
    TMZ/Getty

3:24 PM PT -- Joe got a chance to talk with his wife Teresa before the trip overseas. The Giudice family attorney, James Leonard, tells us, "Teresa is very happy and got very emotional after speaking to Joe today. He called both her and Gia from the plane. It's bittersweet, everyone is happy he is out but no one is happy he is going to Italy. He belongs with his wife and four daughters."
James continues, "I met with Joe face to face a week ago at the prison in Pennsylvania. This is a man who loves his family and is not done fighting by any means. He wants to come home."

Joe Giudice is bailing from the U.S., because we've learned he's on a flight to Italy -- TODAY!!!
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Joe got what he wished for -- a ticket to Rome that leaves the mainland tonight while he awaits the decision on remaining in the United States. BTW ... he's flying economy.
TMZ broke the story ... Joe wants to return to his native land so he can get work and send money back to the States to support his wife, Teresa Giudice, and their 4 daughters ... all of whom live in New Jersey.
A judge signed off on Joe's request to be released from ICE custody and fly to Italy. He's probably getting a 1-way ticket because a judge has already ordered him deported, this after his conviction for conspiracy to commit wire and bankruptcy fraud. He's completed his sentence by serving 36 months but has been in ICE custody since March while he fights deportation.
Rome is clearly way better than ICE custody ... we're certain the food is better.
    Arrivederci, Joe
