I agree. He obviously needs to sort out his past and being a father to his (probably neglected) kid is a good start. If she urged him to take this tep, good for them.

There's a lot of "she said, he said" going on. The stories can't be so different, someone is lying here. Just because Janine is the mother doesn't mean she is telling the truth, isn't abusive or doesn't have a substance abuse problem. She very well could be an unfit mother, but she also could have some issues and Jesse is using them against her in a custody battle to have her labeled unfit.

I do find it's childish to say, "You win, Sandra finally gets her baby!!" Or whatever she said. Sandra has plenty of money, she could have adopted by now if she wanted to have a baby so bad. Janine is making herself sound like an ultimate victim, like Sandra is a empty wombed witch trying to snatch her baby like she allegedly snatched her man away. Everything has been planned by Sandra to ruin Janine's life. And why is the woman always blamed anway? Can't men make decisions on their own, or is it always some evil bitch behind him pushing him to do everything? I get so sick of that fucking attitude, man never have any responsibility they are just puppets of evil women.

Maybe she's right and her story is accurate, but then again the fact that she is in a half-way house really ruins her credibility. Tax evasion does not equal half-way house, I'd like to know the whole story because Janine isn't giving it to us.

Jesse James Goes Back to Court Over Daughter With Janine Lindemulder

Motorcycle builder/reality television star Jesse James was in an Orange County, California court last week, where a judge was to decide whether his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder is fit to share custody of their 5-year-old daughter, Sunny. James owns the West Coast Choppers motorcycle shop and stars in the Discovery Channel show, “Monster Garage.” Lindemulder is a former Penthouse model and porn star. She has recently been serving a federal prison term for tax evasion.

The judge ruled that, for the next sixty days, Lindemulder will get six hours of visitation every Sunday and may pick up and drop off the child from 10:00am-4:00p.m. She may take the child on trips to the park and does not have to be monitored. Presumably, the custody arrangement will be reviewed after sixty days. The next hearing is scheduled for December 7th 2009.

James was granted full custody of Sunny while Lindemulder served her six-month prison term. Lindemulder has more recently been residing in a Los Angeles halfway house. James took Sunny to visit Lindemulder several times after she moved to the halfway house this summer. He claims that Lindemulder demanded that he leave the little girl there for three hours during a September visit, then called and asked him to pick her up early.

In his court filings, James asked the court to conduct a review upon Lindemulder’s release from custody* to determine if their daughter will be safe during any custody/visitation time with Lindemulder.

In her court income declaration, a standard filing in family law cases, Lindemulder indicated that she works for Earl Miller Photography as a set designer. The company’s Web site carries a warning: “Contains explicit hardcore sexual images – minors under 18 (or under 21 where applicable) must leave now!”

At the hearing, James’ attorney raised concerns that Lindemulder had recently married someone she met at her halfway house. Her new husband has a criminal history including numerous felonies. His convictions include possession of a sawed-off shot gun, methamphetamine manufacture and possession, several DUIs, and driving without a license.

James and Lindemulder divorced in 2004, when Lindemulder was about eight months pregnant with their daughter. James married actress Sandra Bullock the next year.

Porn Star Claims Sandra Bullock Is Preventing Her From Seeing Daughter

Jesse James' ex-wife, porn star Janine Lindemulder, is claiming actress Sandra Bullock is preventing her from seeing her 5-year-old daughter, Sunny - and wants a sit-down meeting to settle the issue.
Bullock, 45, has been helping James, 40, raise the girl since January while Lindemulder was in prison for tax evasion.

Now out of jail, Lindenmulder says she is in a heated battle with the actress, whom she says wants custody of her daughter because of her inability to have children.
In a letter to the judge at Lindemulder's sentencing, Bullock alleges the child was left alone during the day while Lindemulder was "asleep from drug use."
"I am aware that Janine has claimed many times that my desire to have [the girl], was because I could not have children of my own [James has three kids with his first wife, Karla]," Bullock says, adding, "that couldn't be farther from the truth."
"I myself have stopped working like I used to in order to be here with Jesse and the kids because we are on constant high alert," she writes, "never knowing what condition Janine will be in, and even more concerning, the condition [the girl] will be in."


In an interview Thursday with ABC's Good Morning America, Lindemulder says she would like to sit down with Bullock.
"It hurts tremendously, the accusations, especially from Sandra," she says. "Even more so because we've never sat down and talked. You know, that's the one thing that I wish more than anything, for a remedy for what's happening here, is just communication."
"What would give her the right to take away my daughter?" Lindemulder said. "You know, this is my daughter. I am the best mother I can be."

Lindemulder, who has appeared in more than 100 adult films, has acknowledged making "horrific choices in the past."
She claims her life is back on track and that she deserves to keep custody of her daughter.
