And that's the main part they lied about, the episode where they 'met' was NOT filmed a month before his divorce, maybe that's when it aired, but it was certainly taped long before that. At least Jesse has been more honest about when they met, Sandra and her people are the ones who've tried to kill the real info.

I'm just amazed that anyone could willingly sleep with someone whose dick even came close to a porn star. I find it absolutely revolting, ugh. I wonder if she made him go through the necessary testing before they had sex. This whole story with James and the porn star is so white trash that I feel almost a bit sorry for Sandra for being involved - I would say it was a huge lapse of judgment, but her and Jesse seem surprisingly happy, so who knows. But yeah...gross.

Ok...so she didn't just meet him, have him leave his wife and move in with her, right? She didn't even go out with him until they'd emailed back and forth for a few months?

Not saying she's an angel--the man was obviously still married with a pregnant wife, but not knowing the time frames, I still can't tell if he actually filed for divorce because of Sandra. But even if he did, they're not the first couple who got together when one of them was married/separated, and later whitewashed the whole thing. And I don't get what any of this has to do with the welfare of his daughter in any case.

It hasnothing to do with the welfare of his daughter, except everyone keeps insisting that Sandra Bullock is such an angel, and quite frankly I don't think a homewrecker is of any higher moral standing than a porn star, just one of them was smart enough to get paid for being a whore.

Jesse James has his issues as well and a long arrest record for assault, which he also freely admits to, so why uis everyone just assuming that SB and JJ would be better parents for the little girl? Why are they assuming that she is being exposed to the drug & pornography industry just because her mother works there? I work with lawyers every day, and my kids don't know them. Do most people have people they work with hanging around their house? I sure as hell don't.

But anyway, let the courts decide. I'm just saying ain't one side of this family any better than the other .

Her career as a porn star is automatically going to taint her, even though it is a fully legal profession. It isn't something I would do, but I can't agree that being a legal sex worker automatically renders a parent unfit. There are many parents with legal "respectable" jobs who should have their parental qualifications questioned. What about the people with children who think nothing of snorting nose candy to get an edge and have the energy to work the long hours to stay on top or the lawyers who have the ethics of Satan himself and will screw over everyone and anyone for a buck? While a porn star can leave her work back at the office, so to speak, drug abuse and ruthlessness are two things I wonder if people can really turn off when they enter their home so the children won't learn it or see it.

As for Bullock, she has always pinged my poser detector. She seems to me too "genuinely sweet" for it to be real.

I tend to agree somewhat. As an example, the parents of Thora Birch ("American Beauty") were BOTH porn stars. Her mom is porn actress Carol Connors. She was in "Deep Throat" with Linda Lovelace back in the 1970's. Thora seems to have turned out okay.

I don't think she's an angel, but don't necessarily think she's concocted some evil plot to steal some other woman's kid either. Why, because she has no bio kids of her own? I find that offensive.

Janine put herself in this postion when she got herself thrown in jail, and Jesse and Sandra really had no choice but to take the child in. They have full custody now, and she's been with them for close to a year. Mom's in a halfway house where she found herself a new felon husband, probably has no job and nowhere to live. I sure as hell don't blame them for not wanting to just relinquish custody, at least not until the mom can prove she's ready and able to provide this kid with a stable environment.

I really like what Sandra said about children. Being a step-parent is harder than being a biological parent.
Also, the mother must have other issue if she is staying in a half-way house and is not yet allowed to seek custody. I may not know a lot about the law, but tax evasion doesn't really seem like the type of thing that would put someone in a halfway house or take away their kids....there must be other problems.

Janine said Jesse is the one who dropped the dime on her to the IRS. He knew she was a porn star, had a kid with her and dumped her when Sandra came around. I do like Jesse and Sandra but unless Janine is abusive (which I doubt) she has every right to keep her kid. As for what kind of people are around Sunny, hello, Jesse has bikers around and they have their issues and stereotypes, too. Jesse reportedly only spent 30 minutes with the child on the day she was born for the first 2-3 years of her life. This whole custody battle thing only started when she was almost 3, I don't think he just woke up one day and had an epiphany, i think SB was behind that.
