REad the books and liked them but shut the first film off about half way through. It sucked.

^^ They get much better. Every movie is better, and truer to the books, than the last. I can't watch the first two anymore. THey seem like such a watered down, made for kids, version of the books. Christopher Columbus did the franchise no favors.

^^ Rupert is about the same, Daniel is loads better and Emma has gotten worse, every expression is said through her eyebrows - I'd like to tape the buggers down.

Own the books, own the books on tape, own the movies. My favorite book was Prisoner of Azkaban which ended up being the worse movie.

I bet J.K. Rowling peed her panties when they decided to make the last book onto two movies "oh the lovely royalities"

You may not know Rupert but he's earned more money off of making Harry Potter than Lindsey Ho will ever earn playing any character.. he's right, she can't act.

^He's the most natural-acting of the kids from the HP movies, not that it's saying much.

He goes really overboard with the 'comical' expressions, though I don't know if it's an acting choice or directing issues.

So the short answer? Sort of.

Hahahaha my thoughts exactly. His 'acting' seems to consist entirely of gurning at the camera saying "bloody hell". But he's right about HoHan so I'll cut him some slack.

I think I read they all made $5 million for each movie. I'd bet Linds would love to get her hands on that type of cash right now.

As for the acting, I do think DR got better after the third movie. Emma W? She's ok. I really think she does Hermione fairly well. Maybe she'll broaden her range in the seventh movies. She should be around too much for six.
