Maybe Rihanna will admit to drug abuse. She's already released videos of herself singing offensively, Umbrella anyone?
This woman is an attention whore in the ranks of Parasite and Lohan.

I'd have to drink just to listen to Rihanna.

I was never really interested in it much, myself, and of the kids that I knew growing up, it was only the kids that were either stupid or were trying to be "cool", "complicated" and "rebellious" that drank a lot. And I think that didn't really start until they were 16 or so, for the most part. 14 is a little extreme!
I still hate the taste of most alcoholic drinks today, at the age of 21 (the legal age around here is 18, not the ridiculous, Reaganite age of 21). I really don't drink all that much. I don't really see what all the fuss about alcohol is about most of the time.

Hell, there're some people I know who started drinking, when they were twelve.

I'm so glad that not everyone fits into the doom-and-gloom media reports of binge drinking in young teenagers!
I just don't understand why they do it - it tastes vile and makes them sick. What's the point? Surely there are better ways to try and look cool or complicated or whatever it is they are trying to achieve?

Sadly, I do, too. It usually doesn't bode well for the future relationship they have with alcohol.

I started at 13.
I'm still a bit of a binge drinker (it's college and my liver's only young once ), but I'll also go long periods - weeks or a couple of months - without having a single drink. I can't stand having one or two drinks with dinner or with friends just for the sake of consuming something containing alcohol. I'd rather have a Coke, save the extra money that a glass of wine would cost, and not end up drowsy. So ironically, between my bouts of social merriment I'm almost a teetotaller.
My dad was an alcoholic - I think that made me a bit silly and risky with alcohol as a teenager, but I've matured since then and I never get to the point where I forget what happened the night before or end up out of control. I think I'm too paranoid now that I've developed that pesky adult sense of potential danger.
I've definitely learnt to obey my limits and have fun without getting stupid before most of my peers have, that's for sure... most of them still act like I did when I was 15. I don't think starting early a problem on its own, it's the person's grip on reality and willingness to learn from their experiences with alcohol that will save or endanger them. A lot of people refuse to accept that it can be a very, very dangerous drug which needs to be treated with caution by everyone. They're the ones who fuck it up as adults.

But she was born in 1989? We're the same age... and I'm 19 in a month.
edit. She was born in February of 1988, nevermind.
