She might be just dead,or murdered,it is not the same..
Her kids have to know..and if she was murdered whichever is responsible should be punished, too.
That is what any human will deserve, why not her?

Because she was murdered by people with power unfortunately.
There is absolutely no proof that she was murdered. If there was, don't you think Al Fayed and his limitless resources would have uncovered at least something by now? He has a long-standing grudge against the royal family and that is part of this, too. I don't doubt that he grieves genuinely for his son, but this is about something more -- it's about settling scores.
The police commissions have withheld evidence - that in itself merits investigation. This has come to light because of the coronor's inquest (i.e. this "thing" that is going on).
I know trained (body guard/close protection) drivers and they have said that they would not have done what the driver did (he wasn't an army trained driver but as an Al Fyed employee presumably he had some training) plus Di's "close protection office" was right there with the driver.
There is a lot of suspicion amongst people that it was a cover up job - for whatever reason & this is why the establishment have had to have another (public) enquiry, 10 years later at great cost to the tax payer.
I also don't think that amongst the people I know that its because of Di; but because of the establishment behaviour, to some of us, this isn't just the Royal Family/Govt/Establishment but our employers too.
Maybe if "the establishment" has been transparent in the first place people wouldn't be so suspicious.
*cough* can I add that its the Establishment / old school enemy, not the rest of the country, but I understand what you meant. They don't like usurpers and "they" won't grant Al Fayed a UK passport either (or wouldn't for a very long time); so I'm not surprised that he's taken hold of this & is trying to damage them for all its worth; but I don't think that all of it is about his son.

I can understand why Al Fayed won't let this go-he's a parent who lost a child and I doubt rationality enters into it.
The rest of the world though, why do they CARE? It's over!

When is Mr Al Fayed going to let go?
I don't believe Diana loved Dodi as much Mohamed would try and have us believe. Therefore I don't believe she was engaged to wed him either, nor pregnant.
I fail to understand how this could be a conspiracy by the Royal Family too, though I'm sure they have many a dark secret, and I believe they weren't particular fond of Diana... had they been behind this what where they going to do had this car crash failed? Ram a bus into the car?

I'm probably int he minority as usual but I really think there was something fishy about the whole thing. It's a shame I won't be alive when the truth comes out and if I'm reincarnated I'll be reading about it like it'st he first time.

We can be a minority of two then because the way that she died & how the car got into that situation is.... well,... weird imo.

If she had her seatbelt on she might still be alive.
I guess the Brits conspired to make sure she didn't put it on.......
