Yes, but if she is that concerned about the kids (like she claims ...), then surely she wouldn't take the money because she'd rather that Nadya spent it on the kids.

Quick! Quick, Nadya, quick! Find an excuse as to why you just spent that money on your hair. Better make sure you weren't recorded this time, though. I wonder if she'll use her new porn-gig as an excuse?

Honestly, the house looks 10 times better than I imagined it. I didn't expect to see floors. The kids look healthy enough too (how did TMZ determine they were malnourished? The hairdresser? Did Social Services do blood tests? That seems totally made up.)

This bitch spending money on blow outs instead of plumbing isnt's surprising. She's never been in this for the kids... it's always been about vanity and fame. I'm most disturbed by her locking the kids in a room unsupervised. For that I'd like to smack her in her pillow lips.

In terms of squalor, it doesn't hold a candle to this famous residence:

Yeah, I've seen some pretty bad pictures from children and family cases that were unbelievable. This really is nothing, especially with all the kids she has. That being said, I can't believe that I'm defending her.

If I were a hairdresser, I wouldn't consider it my job to judge each customer on how they choose to spend their money. "Nope sorry, not going to cut your hair or provide you with services because I decide how you should spend your money." So should a cashier at Wal-Mart refuse to sell beer or another "unnecessary item" to an impoverished looking mother with a bunch of impoverished looking kids because the cashier thinks she should be spending her money on something better for her kids?

^^^ like i said, if the hairdresser complains that the kids live in squalor and nadya doesn't spend enough money on them, blah blah blah, then i don't think it's ethical to take the money then COMPLAIN to social services that nadya doesn't spend enough money on the kids. either take the gig and STFU or don't take the gig (and/or money) and complain.

Agreed. I'm not seeing anything terrible in those photos.

Services rendered? $520 for that? If she felt so bad about how the kids were living why not cut Octomom a discount or, I dont know, refuse to work with her? $520 is alot of money to take from someone who has their kids living so horribly that you find yourself compelled to turn around and report them to CPS afterwards.

Octomom has been in the news for sometime now. I doubt they care.

Well, police/social services spend an hour & a half there & decided that the kids weren't in any danger & left, but will be doing follow up visit.
No news are to wether social services & the police were locked in the same room with the kids by a chain though.

That $520 was actually for services she owed her in the past and a lot of hair products, not just one haircut. Octomom knew the price going in; this hairdresser had cut her hair before. Why should the hairdresser take on the responsibility of Octomom's financial decisions? She did the job she was hired to do, got paid what I am assuming is her standard fee for it, had some concerns about what she saw, and ensured that the children were checked on. The unethical bitch.

Yes, he lost his license for implanting 12 (yes, that's twelve folks) embryos into Octomom, which resulted in the octuplets.

I don't think running to TMZ is ensuring the children are checked on.

Calling CPS is the "checked on" part. I would agree that the TMZ part is very inappropriate/unethical.

But she only did it to make a good enough story that TMZ would pay her.
