So Demi and Bruce not only blew the editorial board at the mag, but then they went up to Corporate HEADquarters of the parent company and blew every member of that board as well.
They blindfolded the photog and wished him luck in getting a decent shot.

I can totally understand the decision to put Kate Hudson on the cover. People's target demographic is 20's/30's white women. Kate is relatable to them. It's the same reason they put Drew Barrymore on the cover last year. Neither are beauties, but they have appeal to People's target demographic.
Rumer Willis, though? That's a puzzler. Her publicist must have paid big money to get her in the mag.
The whole list seemed pretty stale and unimaginative, though. I probably won't buy this issue.
