^^ That's funny because I'm a vegetarian and I've never tried to change my friends' minds about eating meat. On the other hand, they've tried to make me understand how "ridiculous and stupid" being vegetarian is.
Sir Paul McCartney has urged the UK to hold "meat-free Mondays" to reduce carbon emissions.
He said: "A lot of people go to the gym on a Monday. With meat-free Mondays, it's a bit like going to the gym but with the added advantage of protecting the planet."
He's an idiot - people drive to the gym... tell them to exercise at home would reduce carbons more, as would riding a bike......
