It's more than Spencer's reputation that she has to worry about as the Jackotards are so fanatical that they are going to make it their mission to make her life as much of a living hell as they can. Paris needs to buck up her ideas and get a grasp of the responsibility that not only goes with having a publicTwitter account but also having these loonies viewing you as their Sacred Princess who must be defended unto death.

The opinion on Paris has changed on here. I remember getting it for calling her a bitch-in-training in another thread.

A lawsuit will probably be filed in the near future by this girl's parents for emotional distress. Paris needs to learn to be careful about shit like this because the Jackson's are magnets for lawsuits.

Twitter-LOLsuits now? I don't think so. I just think that TJ needs shut it down, make her account private and have the same type of conversation with Paris that any other parental figures would have. Teenagers are not known for thinking through the consequences of their words and actions. There's nothing lolsuit worthy in her tweet, it's the reaction or the potential reaction of the feebleminded whackjobs that follow her. 14 year olds are not responsible for that.

There might not truly be anything lolsuit worthy, but I'd like it if a big bad bullshitting wolf succeeded in making the Jackson's sweat for a few minutes that it's possible.

The only way the little bitch will get the least bit reined in is if the MGJ's (money grubbing Jacksons)think they could lose a chunk of dollars.

I'm looking at this from a different perspective. It seems this Spencer person betrayed her friend. Paris called her on her shit. If she did indeed claim Paris said/did something that is not true, and it could hurt Paris's reputation, she had every right to make a statement to clear herself.

I agree but it's not like we don't hear of ridiculous lawsuits on a daily basis.

Especially if the friend was selling stories to the tabs. Not that another teenager deserves a bunch of whackojacko fanloons saying such despicable things about her on twitter, but very rarely is anything all one-sided. It's just that Paris has many thousands more twitter followers than most teens.

Exactly, so what will be more interesting is whether or not she does this kind of thing again--on purpose. The thread title is misleading; apparently she didn't "send" or order anybody to do anything.

Then again, she could order 10,000 anchovy pizzas sent to Janet's house, and I'd have no problem with her at all about that.

Agree. We'll see if anybody is minding the store here. My guess is not, and Paris will learn from the experience and either build on it

or cool off her Twitter (except of course where her family is concerned--I need my Jackson-tainment!!)

Indeed. It's also a good point that this isn't uncommon high school behavior these days. People are jumping all over Paris's shit but we didn't bother to get the full details of her side of the story, did we?

Regardless, teenagers should not fucking be on Twitter, period, full stop.

Wonder if she'd be that much of an attention grabbing fame whore if Jacko were still here? I mean I know he had issues..well a shed load of crazy..going on and all but he did try and ensure those kids anonymity. She pimps her life out on twitter...mind I suppose this is relatively normal with kids these days. But most don't have that many followers and her kind of profile. She needs to remember this and be more conscientious or just keep it private.

I agree with these points. The problem is what someone up thread said about inciting the Jackotards. It makes me wonder whether or not Paris has an understanding of her influence over her Twitter followers. Maybe she does, I don't know. She's had a strangely sheltered life and if a normal 14 year old tweeted this, no one would notice. I'm not sure she did it thinking that the weirdos would take action the way they did.
