I honestly wish I could say the same. However, I feel what Dylan feels, I've walked in Dylan's shoes and I know what its like to not be believed. It is soul-shattering.

Daily Mail has other photos that show Woody and Soon-Yi out as a family with Mia and the kids. I shook my head when others say Woody never was near Soon-Yi knowing I'd seen pics in the past of them all together like family.

woody Allen is sick. He also had no regard for Ronans feelings making his son his freaking brother in law.

Farrow, who declined to respond to Moses's accusations, Tweeted, "I love my daughter. I will always protect her. A lot of ugliness is going to be aimed at me. But this is not about me, it's about her truth."
What does that mean, "her truth". It's either the truth or not the truth.

    Here's a third:

In another frame for this shot we've all seen, the white girl looks even less into the hug. Her arms are crossed & she's blocking him from her chest:

^SO HE MUST BE MOLESTING HER!!

Its a father hugging his daughter(or trying to). If you look through this "WA is a pedophile" lens, every single thing he does around his daughters can look sinister.

I think I look exactly the same when my father hugs me, but he never done anything to me, I just don't like hugs from him. Happens. Also, puberty. Hugging (or beware: kissing) parents are a big no-go.

Maybe they look annoyed and uncomfortable because some creepy pap stranger is taking their picture.

Like I said before, I think Mia is just AS disgusting as Woody. Neither of these people should have ever been allowed to breed/adopt/own a dog!

That seems to be a mutual feeling between Ronan and his maybe dad...

The whole family is dysfunctional. I still think perverted Woody put most of it there.

I'll agree with that. Hated that movie and have never been a Mia fan. But I'm not a Woody fan either, even before the accusations.

Yup, I've never been a Mia fan. I liked Woody Allen's earlier films. I loved him in Casino Royale. And I'm not saying his recent films are bad, either. However, I find him increasingly hard to look and and listen to, and think he should remove himself entirely from appearing in his own films.

Similar for me, I was a fan and watched all of his older films, and the documentary Wild Man Blues, but at some point I started getting uncomfortable and avoiding his films because they were too close to his troubling personal life. I never made a very deliberate decision about that, just didn't want to watch the films as they came out.

I've read this whole thread with interest and also have been in a position where I've been abused and not always fully believed (but as an adult, so there are some differences--it's not as bad). It's uncomfortable being a member of a public turned into an ersatz jury given incomplete and irrelevant information in a situation that was handled using now outmoded approaches. Especially when these cases are so hard to prove because they are he-said / she-said, and one party is [was] a child and therefore at a disadvantage.

Normally, we wouldn't be in a position to pass judgment on the lives of a family like this, in a public way.

If Dylan were my friend, and she told me this story, I think I would naturally believe her and be there for her. As a member of the public, all I can say is that I find her story credible. And, whatever Mia's craziness and failings (I don't like her much), it's sadly typical that a man/father is accused of something and the woman/mother is pillorized along with and even instead of. Gotta love this mother-blaming culture. Whatever she did or didn't do, she is not the one accused of molesting a child, and she is not the one who married her partner's kid.

I agree with much of what you said but do believe Mia is partly responsible if Woody abused Dylan. She knew something was off and had given orders that he should not be alone with her. She then found he was sexually involved with Soon-yi and still wanted to try and save the relationship. And most striking to me, she got involved with a man who wanted nothing to do with her children. Then added 3 more kids to her family with the man who wanted nothing to do with kids. She was willing to have a life with a man and build a family with him even though he wanted nothing to do with her kids. That is setting your kids and relationship up for failure and is not healthy for the kids even if no abuse happens.

^^ I wouldn't want to be with someone I couldn't trust to be alone with my cats, never mind any theoretical children. First warning signs and they would be GONE. When you take on the responsibility for another life, animal or human, then you have to think and act with them in mind.
