I think it is money well spent. Small price to pay just to get rid of a really bad mistake.

She's so hated now. I wonder if it was worth it, carrying out such a dirty divorce?

I would think he just did it to be rid of her. I mean, he's 65 and worth $1.5 billion. Not like he's gonna go broke in his remaining years.

Macca is notoriously tight with his money. I'm sure he's hurting, even if he has gazillions more.

What the hell does he want to keep quiet? Honestly Macca, we wouldnt care about you getting her to drip candle wax on your balls while you reminisce hitting the high notes in Love Me Do.

Dirty, filthy, money-grubbing Ho can now expire, quicker the better.
Best case scenario: her -transportation- malfunctions, then a crash OR she could be kidnapped & held for ransom by a group of random hard-up criminals. Either way, her death should be slow & exceedingly painful.

BITTER Heather Mills stirred things up at her divorce court battle yesterday with a sly snipe at Sir Paul McCartney.
She pointedly told a fan who had failed to get the former Beatle to sign an album cover: “You should have told him fans like you put him where he is.”

The barbed comment came after a judge BANNED her from cross-examining Sir Paul, 65, in London’s High Court over alleged domestic violence.

Heather, dubbed Lady Mucca because of her porn past, is fighting for a chunk of Sir Paul’s reputed £825million fortune in a case which will now continue next week after they failed to reach an agreement.

The fan – a 50-year-old who would give his name only as Joe – had brought his entire collection of Beatles LPs.
He approached Sir Paul outside Court 34 clutching The White Album, but the star said: “I can’t sign that here.”
Heather, 40, then arrived dressed in a black velvet pin-stripe suit and bright red silk blouse and told Joe: “You should have told him that it’s his fans who made him rich and famous. You put him where he is.”

    Violence

She autographed the fan’s notebook, writing: “To Joe, lots of love, Heather Mills.”
Afterwards Joe, from Leytonstone, East London, said: “I’m a lifelong fan of Sir Paul and the Beatles. I’m so disappointed. Heather was really nice about it. And I guess she was right.”

Heather, representing herself in court, is thought to be demanding upwards of £50million while Sir Paul has offered around £20million.

Yesterday, the fifth day of the behind-closed-doors hearing, Heather had hoped to cross-examine Sir Paul over her allegations of violence.

But a legal source said the court was not interested in hearing claims of marital “dirty linen”.
Last night a court spokeswoman confirmed the pair will now return next week.
She added: “The court is booked for Monday but we have been told they will probably not need it beyond then.”

I know the Sun isn't the most reliable paper, but according to them no settlement has been reached.

She was only nice to make Sir Paul look bad. She truly is slime.

This is the same Daily Mail that is a pipeline to Heather's PR. She planted about fifteen stories, including one just last week, about how Paul was "desperate" not to go to court and they had reached a settlement and weren't going. Course they just spent a week in court PLUS NOW AN EXTENSION. The DM must think their readers are idiots or else have memory spans like goldfish not to remember an article the Mail posted just LAST WEEK about "High Court battle averted!"

Yes, didn't Barbara Walters call the woman 'the most unpleasant, high maintenance guest' they've ever had?.......and I'm sure Barbara gets quite a few of those.

Prenups are not enforceable in the UK. So there's no point having one.

He's worth Pds800mil plus, aka $1.6 billion give or take. He can afford to get rid of the harpy for 55mil. He's not going to starve and if it gets her off his back then it's probably worth it. And he needs to learn a lesson about gold diggers.

Just what I thought. There is that tape of him allegedly admitting he hit Linda. I don't like Heather, but I can't stand Paul, so I really don't care about the outcome of this case.
