Kim Kardashian Kris' Media Whoring Is Keeping Divorce Alive

Kris Humphries is the opposite of upset over his divorce from Kim Kardashian -- he's loving the attention ... so says Kim's lawyer.

Disso-Queen Laura Wasser appeared in court today, saying there has been no progress in settling the spoils over the 72-day marriage. Kind of ridiculous, since there was an iron-clad prenup in which Kris and Kim have all of their assets separated. Kris is challenging the prenup, claiming Kim defrauded him by allegedly tying the knot ONLY for TV ratings -- good luck with that.

Wasser told the judge ... media attention and Kris' personal feelings seem to be keeping the case alive. Translation -- he wants the publicity of a drawn-out divorce.

The judge said depositions are now fair game, which means Kim can now be deposed about her motivations for marrying the b-baller.

Wasser also said Kim will be requesting that Kris pay her attorney's fees if they have to go to trial on Kris' fraud allegations and she wins.

BTW, the judge mentioned there's a dispute over jewelry.

Wait. She wants to marry Kanye how quickly after her marriage? Well clearly she isnt devastated about it but not only is she marrying but she wants to adopt and then get pregnant? She keeps digging this hole deeper whenever her name comes up.

Mama Kris better hope she invested in something besides her 'empire' because Kim is about to destroy it all. I dont know much about court or law but Id say Kim is giving the case to her ex-husband. Not only that, people despise her more and more daily. Sooner or later this will translate into lost ratings for her show and then itll hit them where it hurts. Them and Ryan Seacrest because Ill be surprised if it lasts this whole three years.

The rumors were true: Kardashian sisters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney are moving their Dash boutique from Calabasas to a 2,000-square-foot space at 8420 Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood. Kim told WWD that their Calabasas location wasn't really ideal, and that "If we have a better location, we will have better sales." Yep, real. She's getting her makeup done. It's a highlighter (some my say luminizer). It's to brighten and highlight the centre of her face.
Then the parts that aren't covered in it (temples, jawline) will have a darker foundation or contouring product of some sort.
It "streamlines" the face.
She is wearing a TON of it and the product itself looks very thick.

haha... I actually just googled 'yellow highlighter makeup' to show you an example of it and the same picture of KimK came up.

Telling the truth could mean a public backlash if she has to admit the relationship and marriage was fraudulent and on the flip-side, if she lies under oath, she risks being charged with contempt of court.

Humphries' determination to go to trial also signifies - to me, anyway - that he's got an Ace or two up his sleeve.

Kim Kardashian, along with some friends and family, headed south of the border to celebrate Kourtney Kardashian‘s 33rd birthday last month, and we’re finally getting a look at their bikini beach frolicking. While Kim, 31, opted for a cute, orange bikini, Kourt went with a classic black and white mismatched two piece. The sisters were seen strolling along the sand as they played with Kourt’s 2-year-old son Mason.
Aside from their leisurely jaunt, it looks like Kim tried out some water sports!

Hitting the waves, Kim did a little boogie-boarding. Though she had a little trouble at first, she was finally able to hang ten! Makes sense why Kourt would sit that one out, she is due next month!
