It's about to get even nastier between ex-couple Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries, as the NBA star continues to press for a divorce trial rather than an out of court settlement, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

During a brief hearing Friday morning the reality star's lawyer accused Humphries of attempting to prolong the proceedings for publicity, but Humphries is telling his friends that he isn't intimidated by Kardashian or her lawyer, Laura Wasser, and simply wants the truth to come out about their marriage.

As previously reported, Team Humphries plans on grilling Kardashian about what happened to the $325k white Ferrari the former couple was given as a wedding gift by a wealthy Malaysian businessman, amongst other subjects.

The hearing Friday was held to determine if Humphries' Minnesota based attorney, Lee Hutton, could formally represent Humphries in the state of California. During the proceedings Wasser alleged that Humphries was only interested in publicity and that is why he is refusing to settle out of court.

"That is absolutely ridiculous," a source close to Humphries tells RadarOnline.com. "Kim and her lawyer are trying to bully Kris into a settlement and that isn't going to happen. The only way that this case won't go to trial is if Kim publicly apologizes to Kris and admits that she only married him for television ratings. Kris just wants the truth to come out and Kim is just absolutely livid that she isn't getting her own way. Kris wants Kim to answer questions about their relationship, under oath. Kris is ready for a fight and he has said that Kim should 'bring it on.' Kris won't be silenced and he isn't after her money, he doesn't want one dime from her. It's just about the truth coming out, something that Kim's camp seems to be petrified about.

"Kris is ready to be deposed and answer questions under oath. He looks forward to Kim being deposed and he will be there when it happens," the source says.

Earlier this week, Kardashian publicly voiced her support, via her Twitter account, for some New York City radio disc jockeys who slammed Humphries during their radio show.

The hosts of the Cipha Sounds and Rosenberg radio show on Hot 97 mocked Kardashian's relationship with Humphries and voiced their support for her new boyfriend, Kanye West. During the segment they branded Humphries as being a "nobody" and said that no one had ever heard of him until he became involved with Kardashian.

"I’ll tell you this much Kim definitely upgraded from Kris Humphries," Rosenberg told his listeners. "He went from being an unknown NBA player to one of the most talked about players, just because of dating Kim. He even became a better basketball player after dating and marrying her."

Kardashian promptly posted a message of support on her Twitter page which has more than 14 million followers: "Was listening to Hot 97 this morning! Thanks for the shout out lol! I love those guys!!!"

"Kris wasn't listening to the show but he would never support anyone speaking unkindly or maliciously about Kim. It's just not who he is as a person," a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com. "It's disappointing that Kim has chosen to embrace that sort of negativity about their relationship. Kris has moved on and even if she continues to behave in this manner he won't change who he is and sink to her level, it's just not necessary."

Despite his family just signing a new $40 million, three-year deal with E!, the Olympian claims to not have known about it before the big announcement.

“I didn’t even know it happened,” Bruce insisted. “I don’t follow any of that stuff. The girls are into the money thing.

“Honestly, a couple days ago I was watching the news and then this ticker comes across the screen saying, ‘Kardashians sign a new deal’ and I was like ‘We did? That’s kind of nice.

Bruce also admitted to being “henpecked” by Kris but that he was “in control.”

And when asked about his stepdaughter Kim Kardashian’s relationship with Kanye West, Bruce again played dumb, or maybe he wasn’t playing, when he said he didn’t know the status of the relationship.

Now that Kim Kardashian is moving past her divorce drama with Kris Humphries and has hooked up with hip hop mogul Kanye West, she reportedly wants to become a mom.
The reality TV star is moving ahead with plans to adopt a baby from overseas and is also thinking about becoming pregnant this year, according to the new issue of OK magazine.
“She feels it would be a great way to honor her father and her heritage,” an insider told the magazine about plans to adopt from Armenia.

“Kim has always planned on having a big family and wants to get started on it right away. She feels like the early 30s are the perfect time to start. Right now, the timing is perfect. She’s responsible enough to be a good mother but young enough that she can keep up with a toddler,” the insider added.
Kim -- who’s been a doting aunt to her 2-year-old nephew Mason -- has expressed her desire in the past to have a child and her mom, Kris Jenner, fully supports the idea.
“Kim is going to be a great mom,” Kris told OK. “She’s a really good person and a lot of fun, and I think you put all those things together, and you’re just going to have somebody that is so full of love.”

The insider also says that in addition to adopting, Kim wants to have a baby the old fashioned way. “She’s going to get pregnant. She says she wants to have a biological baby right after the adoption,” says the pal, who adds that actress Angelina Jolie is Kim’s inspiration. Due to Jolie's golden touch with PR.
Kim’s sister Kourtney is pregnant with her second child with baby daddy Scott Disick.
