The results were listed under Holmes, but it's been widely reported that she started out under a fake name. That's why no one noticed that she was even in the race. If she had actually signed up under Katie Holmes, don't you think there would have been paparazzi attention from the start? That article isn't the only place that it was reported that she ran under an alias, but whatever. I don't think she ran the whole thing anyway.

Maybe Katie is going to try to qualify for the Boston Marathon. From Lainey's Entertainment Update - Celebrity Gossip | Photos | News | Videos today:

Oh my Xenu… I LOVE Little Sci! She’s the cutest, non?
Here she is in New York all matchy matchy with her parents, in town as mom promotes Mad Money. Not sure what the GMD is doing with his handheld camera but of course he’s all like proud papa, both to his child and also to his wife, his two prized possessions.
Really wish he’d quit it with those pea coats, you know? They’re terribly unflattering. And in combination with Kate’s high waisted dark denims, the two look right out of the 70s. In fact, they actually look like my parents. My father, bless him, is a little man too.
Latest wild rumour? You’ll love this:
The GMD is supposedly desperate to have another baby, preferably arriving when his new movie drops – you’ll recall Little Sci was a well timed delivery too, born just weeks before the release of Mission Impossible 3.
Katie however has been busy training for the Boston Marathon – almost overtraining – to the point where it could be affecting optimum conditions for conception, which is why their church handlers are trying to get her to ease up. Stranger still… word is she’s resisting.
Resisting the will of Xenu? Is that even possible? I refuse to believe it.

Even if she finished (I mean, RAN TEH WHOLE THING), her time isn't enough to qualify her for Boston. I know they take some exceptions. No doubt she'll be one. Of course, her rep says she's not running.
And please, she and Tommy Girl seem to lie about a great many things and they've never managed to be very believeable.

Haha. This entire thing reminds me of that Mr. Monk and the Marathon episode. Love it.

^^ Could you then ask him why she chose those underwear to run in. I didn't want to bring it up earlier and be acused of being Sherlock Holmes but she is wearing underware that are very high cut....a huge no no for most female marathoners.

I've known people who swear by running in a thong as the only way to go. On the flip side I'm pretty sure when my sister did the Portland marathon she wore some full coverage undies...though I wasn't in there inspecting. I saw all sorts of garments on the runners/walkers, including pants.
If she ran the marathon, congrats to her, it's more than I could do. If she didn't, that's a pretty pathetic thing to lie about. Does it really matter one way or the other? I just feel sympathy for her as she has to live an insane life where she can't even be herself.

Some do wear the tiny floss thongs but most don't. The chafing (damn I need to look that word up) is awful. Don't ask how I know. That's why most runners wear grannies.

Funny thread. I am with those who cannot IMAGINE running even ONE mile without a bra. Jeezus, they'd be smackin' me in the nose.
Plus, isn't Xenu the one all good little clams are SUPPOSED to be resisting? Doesn't Lainey have that wrong?
