Thank you for expressing exactly how I feel

I'm no fan but she's better than Paris... a cockroach is better than Paris.

And yes, anything, anyone, is better than that Paris bitch.

More proof celebs are lie tellers, i.e. Nicole Richie
Nicole recently spoke to British magazine New about how she owes her life to her baby girl, as she would have “spiraled out of control if she hadn’t become pregnant.”
Nicole tells: “I never took life seriously before. I’m in a completely different place now. I owe my baby my life. I have a responsibility now. I have to really be someone I want my child to look up to. I’d really like to show how much I appreciate the fact that I’m still here, because I almost didn’t get the chance.”
Wasn't she adamant about how she was clean and didn't use drugs whilst she got really skinny and before she got pregnant? She was just naturally thin right? No drugs involved.

She really plays up the Mommy role. Sorry, I'm not buying it.

It's a great spiel for those who do buy it though. Well written, seems remorseful and reformed because now her magical baybeeeee turned her completely around. Which means she either has a wonderful publicist or she is an evil spin genius.
But I don't believe it either.

Wait until her daughter starts experimenting with drugs amongst the wealthy kids... then we'll see how euphoric she is about the whole "mommy" role she's playing!
-- celebs act like parenthood is so easy, transformative, etc. This only seems to be when the child is a baby. Just wait until the spawn of Brangelina, Nicole Richie, etc. get old enough to think for themselves. *The terrors they will be and the stories they tell!*

Yep. Of course being a mommmmeeeeee has changed her...her baby is what, 4 months old?? Jesus, the little brat isn't even crawling around knocking shit over yet! When being a mother actually becomes WORK, she will be forced out of lalaland. I know newborns can be hard, I've been through 2 of them, but there is also a very simple euphoria involved. She ain't seen nothing yet. And when this darling creation becomes a real person, Nicole will still be a vapid bitch and go right back to using. The distraction is short lived. Eventually the new toy will grow up, won't be a doll to dress up and coo over anymore, and life will still be the same for Nicole as it was before.

Maybe she was referring to driving down a freeway into oncoming traffic.

If she wanted responsibility before why didn't she just get a job? Why bring an innocent person into this?

Wait. Parenting a tiny infant isn't hard work?
But all the "don't become a teenage mum because you'll fuck up your life with a screaming pooey baby!" sex ed classes in high school told me I'll never get any sleep, rest or fun ever again, from the moment I procreate.
