^^I wish I did, but I have an Acme and Sav-A-Lot. Those are the two closest to me. Stopped shopping at the latter because of their limited selection and the tacky people who shop there.

Cheesecake. That is all.
Who lit the fuse on your tampon?
Savory cheesecakes ftw!
white, black, puerto rican/everybody just a freakin'/good times were rollin'.
I might have to resign from the thread. I can't stand cheesecake. Cheese does not belong in a cake.

Oh, that you cannot do. So many wonderful savory ways to make a cheesecake as sweet and they are lovely. Here is one. As an aside, I met this guy. Got to talk with him at a local event. He was delightful; talked to every "homegrown" chef and everyone who was a fan of the show he used to have.
tl:dr, cheesecake does not have to be sweet -- cream cheese is like butter. You can do anything with it, put any spices with it.

Hummus without tahini is a crime. I also put a ton of garlic when I make it. And toasted pine nuts and some paprika on top. And a bit of olive oil.
All this cheese talk and no one mentions halloumi! It's awesome!
I got at it with the guy at my local supermarket over camembert. I bought some and it smelled beyond awful, like something dead, it really made me gag. I checked and it was close to the expiration date. The guy told me that it's how camembert is supposed to be! The hell, I was in France for a semester and I survived on camembert and baguettes, don't tell me how it's supposed to be. That shit was beyond rank... Well, that was 3 EUR down the drain, they refused to give me my money back. I just set it on the counter and told them to keep it.
The boyfriend has some cheese issues. He won't touch very strong smelling cheeses. Parmesan in particular makes him gag, I can't even have it on the table when I'm with him. Funny thing is he has eaten it when not knowing and not made a fuss, I've used it in risottos, homemade pizzas and pesto and he never realised.
I forced myself to ignore the Brie this weekend. Then at the deli counter I asked for a taste of smoked gruyere. Quite yummy!
My my sister buys havarti with dill and makes tuna melts. I have not tried that yet.
Yeah I can't get on the smoked cheese train, I just don't like the taste.
I am totally on the cheesecake train, though. My mom's in particular, which is heavy on the condensed milk, and almost like a dense, baked custard than the fluffy bland cheesecakes I've had elsewhere.
*eta: found a picture of a cheesecake that looks similar to my mom's. Mom's isn't so browned though. Interestingly, it's from somewhere in Texas, mom's from El Paso/Juarez, so maybe it's a regional style.
