I don't think this is true. I have met both Ben and his GIRLFRIEND!!! who I might add is very HOT. I don't understand why he would try to "RAPE" someone when he has her.

rape is not a crime of desire, it's about anger and power. lots of rapists have 'hot' wives and girlfriends, and they still rape.

troglodytes that think otherwise stop rapists from paying for their crimes, and stop women from coming forward to report the crime.

BTW, this has nothing to do with this specific case, it just shocks me when I find someone with that type thinking in the 21st century.

Well In all honestly I don't really care for Ben, I do like his Girlfriend, she is nice, but if thats the case and he did attempt a rape. I wouldn't stand behind him. Don't get me wrong, I may be a pervert, but I don't stand for any man beating,rapping, or abusing Women in any way.

The truth will come out when it comes out, In just said I don't believe it because it was actually last summer I met him and he didn't "seem" the rapping type, but In guess thats how they are?

There is a type? You mean all rapists are shifty-eyed, scruffy types who instantly look at home on a "Wanted" poster? I think not... Rapists, like all the dregs of humanity, come in all shapes and sizes, follow all kinds of fashions, can be rich or poor and can present just as pleasant a countenance to the outside world as anyone else, should they so choose. How often have we heard of someone being convicted of an appalling crime that leaves the people around them stunned as they always seemed so nice, so likeable, so 'normal'?

Yeah, hot has a lot to do with rape. Nothing to do with power, control, etc.
