My friend did IVF, they put back two embryos and she had triplets. Two identical twin brothers, and the other brother fraternal. Then a year or two later she had another boy (a surprise because she thought she was infertile) and then she had her tubes tied.

my cousin's wife is like that. she had such horrible ovarian cysts that by the time she was 20 she had to have one ovary removed. then her other ovary was so bad she had one of the cysts burst and they had to remove about half her ovary so they pretty much guaranteed she'd have to have ivf and to have her kids young because even with ivf they couldn't guarantee results if she waited very long. she had twins via ivf at around 22 or 23, then was about to go back to the clinic to have another one of their frozen embryos implanted but it turned out she was already pregnant, naturally. and she just had her 4th kid a little while ago, also naturally.
all with half an ovary lol
