A large percentage of some Horner groups in Africa have Eurasian blood, around 30%not some groups, which is not necessarily surprising looking at their features. It is pretty obvious looking at some of the populations of African countries that racial mixing occurred. Right now the number of half-African/half Asian people is increasing due to a larger Chinese presence on the continent.

African people are some of the most genetically diverse on the planet but we pretty much know why black people in the US have an array of colors and hair textures and that it’s not due to migration and (for a long time) not consensual mixed race relationships either.
