    Miss USA looks like a tranny!

    Sorry, but I never see anything special about the looks of most of these "beauty pagent" winners. And I find the concept so outdated and anti-woman.

    Yep, my kids and I were watching the pageant; she just got right up and start applauding for herself. Funny that it happened during the same part of the competition (evening gown) as last year. She also got a lowish score, too, compared to some of the others. BTW, I hated Miss Colombia's dress, but she got kind of a high score.

    Hahah oops. Poor thing. I've fallen over on stage (I sprained my wrist halfway through a play once... that was fun) and it's bloody humiliating. Especially on TV in front of a huge international audience, I would imagine.

    I would love to enter the Miss Universe pageant, but I'll wait a couple of years first. I still have to shed the last of my silly adolescent awkwardness - not to mention finish my degree! Preferably complete my Masters, as well. That way, when people imply that I'm a bimbo, I can be all like "Yeah? I have a Masters degree. What have you got except an inferiority complex, douchebag?"

    I felt for her. Miss Venezuela was destined to win the whole thing (stunning and charming!), but I really thought for sure Crystle would be runner up.

    It was obvious Jerry called her name too soon, she rushed to her spot and it rattled her.
