VANITY FAIR’S MICHAEL ROBERTS TELLS ALL ABOUT MILEY CYRUS PHOTO SCANDAL

Vanity Fair’s fashion and style director Michael Roberts, who styled the Miley Cyrus shoot, was completely confused by the outrage over the Miley Cyrus photos.
Here are some excerpts from his interview with WWD:

• “I’m European. I come from London, I lived in Paris, and I just find it extraordinary that this has been blown up like this.”
• “The whole kiddie porn prurient angle seems to be worryingly sour grapes from other magazines that didn’t get an exclusive picture like this….I’m deemed as being party to some kind of subversive picture of this girl, that she was cajoled. That we literally manhandled her into stripping is completely not true.”
• “This is a girl caught up in a gigantic enterprise where many people’s fortunes are riding on her future. If it was fine then, I don’t see why suddenly it’s not fine.”

The US government may want people to think it's religious but God has been taken out of everything. The number of Christians is way down from say the 1950's too. Anyway, I don't want to argue with you, I just wanted to comment because of how my stance was the complete opposite of yours.

God has been removed from anything related to government, as it should be. No one is removing God from the lives of those who wish to believe. In fact, after 9/11, all churches saw huge increases in their believers.

According to a Disney exec, the company has pulled Miley Cyrus from all public appearances and events until the Vanity Fair picture scandal has quieted down.

“You won’t be seeing her for a while. The company is keeping her away from events … They’re trying to keep this thing contained.”
