Her face looks horrible but I guess I'm in the minority here but I don't think that it's that bad. I mean she isn't NUDE and it's only her back that is bare.....it's Vanity Fair and they are known to have pictures like this. I think that its just marketing by her and her parents to try and seperate her from the Hannah Montana character.

Quite honestly, I'm not getting the big deal. If she appeared on screen in a string bikini (and may well have, for all I know) would anyone bat an eyelash? She's showing her back, which is alot less than she'd show in a bikini. She's a Hollywood kid and this is not shocking in any way to me.

I posed naked for an art class at 15. Lied about my age and got paid exceedingly well for two hours of sitting still. There was nothing sexual about that, it's just bodies.

15 year olds are not children. It wasn't that long ago that they were being married off at 11, and now they're supposed to be completely void of any and all sexual feelings because they're 'innocent'. No matter how hard anyone tries, without resorting to chemical castration, they are not going to repress natural sexual urges that people develop post-puberty.
