Read my post several posts ago. He is probably going to lose it, his people are just trying to stall and buy time before it goes to auction and spin this so it looks like the mortgage company is hammering out an "agreement" with him. They are probably still scrambling for money.

Why does he want to keep the place anyway? He can't afford it. He doesn't live there anymore and will probably never go back. It's just a big cash-sucking rock around his neck.
