If you meant me that was the thing. Just pull the tiny penis from the pants and play with it a little. Not in sauna or swimming wich is totally acceptable and not sexual.
Actually this kind of thing happened once when I was in this metal music festival few years back. There was a guy in the audience that had only his balls hanging out from his pants, not a dick. I asked him that could he please put his testicals back in the pants and he was kind of embarrassed wich was odd because clearly he had no trouble shoving them to people. Usually people even in here don't just let them hang like that.
