That's not his attorney. He was Randy Jackson's divorce attorney. That's what I saw on the news.

That is a benefit..IF you liked his videos, lol. But yes, music channels playing music is a nice change.

No statement that I know of though from TMZ, she is reportedly "inconsolable" according to some unnamed source.
More Fark goodness:
FirstNationalBastard: Well, we've finally answered the age old question...
Just who do you have to kill to get MTV to play some actual music videos?
Party-sized bucket of flan: He'll be fondling angels in heaven now.
The_Sponge: Years from now, my children will ask me, "Where were you when Michael Jackson died?"
"On the internet with a bunch of strangers, making snarky comments."
SilentStrider: you say that like there's any place else worth being.

I have a confession: This morning I put on an MJ mix and busted a move or two while I was getting ready for work. I'm so ashamed.

EXCLUSIVE: 'EastEnders' films Michael Jackson reference
Friday, June 26 2009, 15:09 BST
By Kris Green, Soaps Editor

BBC soap EastEnders has filmed a last-minute scene to be edited into tonight's episode referencing Michael Jackson's death, Digital Spy can exclusively reveal.
A scene towards the beginning of the episode will see Denise Wicks (Diane Parish) wish her surrogate father Patrick Trueman (Rudolph Walker) a happy birthday, before mentioning the sad news of Jackson's passing.
The show will also contain a track from the King Of Pop playing in the background of a scene elsewhere in the episode.
EastEnders' executive producer Diederick Santer said: "There are some news stories and events which get everyone talking, and this is one of them. Given the quick turnaround, it's only a small scene, but I hope it reflects to some extent the impact Michael Jackson's death has had."
Over the years, EastEnders has filmed several last-minute topical scenes and edited them into episodes on the day of transmission.
The last occasion saw Jean Slater (Gillian Wright) reference Barack Obama's election as America's first black President to daughter Stacey (Lacey Turner).
In addition, a number of football references have also been added, with Minty Peterson (Cliff Parisi) and Garry Hobbs (Ricky Groves) citing West Ham victories and the World Cup.
A spokesperson for the show confirmed: "We will be making a reference in tonight's episode to Michael Jackson's death. We always aim to reflect topical events that we think will strike a chord with our audience and have previously filmed additional scenes including the election of Barack Obama and England's participation in the World Cup."
The three other major UK soaps - Coronation Street, Emmerdale and Hollyoaks - all confirmed to DS that no last-minute editing will be made to tonight's episodes.

I confess, I have played two of my fave MJ songs, State of Shock, both versions, and PYT and been doing the old dance routines to them.
All it did was make me feel old. Can't move like a kid anymore.

Something tells me he paid her quite well to give him full custody of his blanket & other two kids. Those kids must have lived such a strange life.

I think Blanket was by a different mother. The latest reports suggest that Michael's mother is going to bring up the kids.

Too much nose. The tide needs to come in and wash some of it away.

Ok...I admit I watched "Beat It" when they showed it on the local Fox station. I always loved the group dance at the end. BUT I want to make one thing clear...I did NOT bust any moves.

I had one of his albums, way back when. Can't remember the title, but it was the one with Man in the Mirror on it. Best housecleaning music ever!

Katherine Jackson can't care for them on her own. I read that she is the only family member that they're familiar with, and see on a regular basis..and that they love her. I also heard that Debbie Rowe signed something back in 05 to assuring she'll never have custody of her two kids. Blanket's mom was an anonymous surrogate...
Maybe Rebi, Tito, or Janet can care for them..allowing them to see their grandmother, often.
