I don't. I'm sure they have enough sane, normal people in their lives and Madge is way to busy to be there to police them 24/7. When mama leaves for the day it's probably a big cupcake and video game partay, then Guy takes them to McDonalds.

People you are all overacting. Life can go on without dairy and cheese. Neither of the kids look like they are suffering. If they have always lived on a vegan diet, no dairy, no meat, then that is what they like. My daughter is vegan and so are her husband and daughter. The little one has never had a desire for cheese as she has never had it. She was nursed forever and had plenty of that "dairy". I'm a total carnivore but have come to realize they are doing fine and love their healthy treats. I'm sure when Guy takes them out they get little treats, but I doubt McDonald's, that my friends is no treat.

^^ Thank you, Nana. And while we may all like to think Madonna is a cold-hearted bitch, her kids really seem to adore her from the pictures I've seen. And its not like are denied TV and locked in a closet; I am sure they have access lots of fun activities and probably love thier lives.

Oh ok, sorry for the mix-up. I read through it pretty quickly. Still, Madonna is always pretending to be British, so it probably drives her up a wall that her son talks like an American. 
And kids can live without cheese, but I bet she denies them any type of normalcy at all, which is probably not too healthy. I'm all for children having a structured upbringing, but sometimes kids should just be kids.
