As for his wife, I think that she's busy writing a bio of Caridnal Joseph Siri. Seriously. Interestingly, Mel and Robin met throught a computer dating service, back in 1980!

That sounds about par for the course. I worked as a film critic for about 15 years and interviewed Gibson at least 8 times, none of them pleasant.
