Here they have a pre-k program that's funded by the state lottery, but there is limited space. You have to sign up by the deadline and hope they draw your name. Income has no bearing.
It's pretty much 4 year old kindergarten, it takes place at the elementary school. They go all day and can ride the school bus, just like the older kids. Thankfully my daughter made it in. 
Good pre-schools around here run about $150 per month. Three hours a day, four days a week. I can't imagine having to pay $8,000-$12,000 per year!!

Tori is FUG. Little Liam looks like a burns victim in the above photo - what's up with that? Does he have eczema? Dean's a douchebag and their little girl is going to be whored out so Mummy & Daddy can continue to live a lifestyle that neither can afford.

I dont know all the love story details of those 2 but since he left his wife soon after they adopt the girl MAYBE the divorce isuue was already "on the table"and he stay only so SHE will be able to adopt the girl.
Like BB was with AJ when she adopt Mad and left soon after the adoption process finish.

According to the spurned ex-wife, there was no indication that a divorce was in the works when the girl was adopted. Dean and his "soul mate" thing came out of the blue.

Maybe the ex-wife doesn't want him to have anything to do with the adopted daughter since he left them. If he doesn't pay child support for the daughter, then I say he shouldn't see her.

She is 18 months, my youngest of 4. She is a busy bee and into everything.
