this situation is weird. were they both not on the lease? can one party terminate a lease without the other one's knowledge? how can she not get her stuff out by monday? she's a billionaire!

i think her lawyer is using the fact that he asked her to leave as a way to speed up the divorce proceedings which were stalled because of the pandemic.
i also read she asked for the prenup to be enforced.

google says he's worth about $60 million. but even if he's worth only half of that, it's not olsen twin money, but not chump change either.

The meanest, most money grubbing people I've ever encountered were rich. My stepdad's oldest brother lived as a millionaire tax exile in Andorra and to quote Ma Kitty would "steal the coins from a corpse's eyes and charge the estate for the priviledge".
