Too pretty? I get that. I like a manly man. Sure Elvis is pretty, but if a guy is prettier than me, then no.

^^^I do love John Travolta, I really do, but I don't find him even the slightest bit hot, never have. To me, he looked like an ape in Grease, but a nice ape.
^^ I didn't like Rob Lowe in his younger years...he was too pretty for me. But now he's hot.

I recently watched a video of Frank Sinatra and Elvis singing a duet. Now I loved Frankie, but in this clip Elvis is just mesmerising and Frank seems like a crotchety old man who gets annoyed at the audience screaming every time Elvis opens his mouth. I was never a huge Elvis fan but for the first time I kind of got what they were all going apeshit over.
"You're going to die tomorrow, Lord Bolton. Sleep well."
I usually am not into guys that are too pretty, but once in a while there's one so gorgeous (like Elvis in his prime) that I can't help but find him hot. Totally agree about Travolta though.
This seems like a lot of effort just to marry one of the Jonas Brothers. - ChemicalHelena
I had my photo taken with John travolta last November at a convention. As charming as he was, as he held his arms out for me and my daughter to take, for the 3 second duration of the photo and the fact that she broke down crying as she walked out after it, was dimmed by the fact in the resulting photo he looked like a wax figure and it was so hard getting people to believe we really did pose with John.
Jack I swear.
Heres the photo......
Jack I swear.
Well you and your daughter are lovely and he does look like a cardboard cutout or wax figure. He has been on display since he was very young. What a weird existence.
My goodness, why didn't he shave his head 15 years ago?????????
I've always wished a young Elvis had played Lord Byron. "He is mad, bad, and dangerous to know." (Lady Caroline Lamb)
Wow, I like the shot. I think the way he's smiling kind of makes it seem like he could be anywhere and maybe that's why some people didn't believe it. Your daughter looks like somebody famous, but I'm having a difficult time figuring it out - super-cute kid!
I found this cute duet Sinatra and Presley did together and apparently it was right after Presley came back from military service. He seems like a fun-loving guy who is playfully aware of the effect he is having on the audience and is just rolling with it. Sinatra seems a little bemused by the screams and he looks like an "old" 45 by that time (1960). Elvis was 25. Definitely a changing-of-the-guard moment - Sinatra used to have the girls screaming for him 20 years earlier.
I can't get the article to post but there's breaking news that Lisa Marie's son Benjamin has died from a self inflicted gunshot wound.

3:57 PM PT -- Lisa's manager, Roger Widynowski, tells TMZ ... "She is completely heartbroken, inconsolable and beyond devastated but trying to stay strong for her 11 year old twins and her oldest daughter Riley. She adored that boy. He was the love of her life."
Lisa Marie Presley's son and Elvis Presley's grandson, Benjamin Keough, has died of an apparent suicide ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us Ben appears to have died Sunday in Calabasas from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Not much is known about him other than the fact that he's got a super-famous family. He's the son of Lisa and musician Danny Keough -- and his sister is actress Riley Keough, who's been in a number of indie and horror films over the years, including 2019's "The Lodge."
Of course ... his grandparents are Elvis and Priscilla Presley.
Ben has kept a low profile throughout the years, but the one thing he's well-known for is looking almost identical to his famous grandfather, The King himself.
Lisa addressed the similarity, saying ... "Ben does look so much like Elvis. He was at the Opry and was the quiet storm behind the stage." She added, "Everybody turned around and looked when he was over there. Everybody was grabbing him for a photo because it is just uncanny." She even wrote a song about Ben called "Storm and Grace." Storm's his middle name.
He was also a musician ... he even struck a record deal back in 2009 worth $5 million. He's got a couple acting credits under his name, but aside from that, not much else is known about him publicly. He has few social media accounts.
One of the last times he was seen out with the family was during Elvis' 40-year death anniversary during a vigil at Graceland.
Benjamin was just 27.
RIP
