Lindsay Lohan says it wasn't her. Though Lohan is no stranger to scandal and the latest involves risqué photos of her reportedly performing sex acts on model Calum Best. While the 21-year-old did date Calum last year, his rep is now setting the record straight regarding the sex tape.

Debunking the Lindsay Lohan Sex Tape With Calum Best "It's not Calum," his rep tells In Touch. "If it was Calum we would have it shrink-wrapped and put out onto a DVD for Christmas," he adds. "Believe me, it's not him. We'd all be retired by now if that were the case."

The Irish bad boy knows a thing or two about tapes and the media firestoem and pressure that follows. In 2005, a video was made public which showed Calum getting down and dirty with model/actress Elizabeth Jagger. The buzz for this one was started when a grainy photograph circulated that was supposedly of LiLo getting busy with Calum.

It is her." Another individual "close" to Lohan tells the Daily News, "I think it's her." These "friends" accomplish the difficult feat of making Dina Lohan seem like she has her daughter's vested interest at heart!
These friends are also categorically wrong.
A blog called The Blemish [via Jezebel] has unearthed the source of the clip [NSFW, obviously]; it was added two months ago and is also accompanied by two other short video snippets, both of which demonstrate beyond all reasonable doubt that the mystery fellatio artist is not the Herbie: Fully Loaded actress.
That said, we're not discounting the possibility that a Lohan sex tape exists, or the possibility that she's on camera right now attempting to satiate public demand for one.
