i don't think all dresses have to be form fitting or 'sexy' to look good and some women can totally pull off the chic tent look and look amazing.
at the same time i kind of respect the fact that she's decided to wear what she wants and likes regardless of whether or not it will actually flatter her and i've noticed there's a lot of that especially in the body positivity movement - if you like a piece of clothing, wear it, regardless of your size or shape.
Well, more power to 'em I guess but can't say I agree with that. I can like an outfit on someone else but know it would never work for me. I don't think that's body negativity, it's just being realistic.

yeah, i couldn't either, i'm too much of an aesthete and like you said, just being realistic. and i don't think it's negative either because i think it's the same thing with, say, furniture. i may love the hell out of x piece of furniture but if it's too big or too small for my space, or doesn't go with anything else i have, i'm not getting it no matter how pretty i think it is

but i can appreciate the sentiment lol

I follow an amazing woman on TikTok and one of the things that really stuck with me was she said (paraphrasing) “yes you’ll still be fat but wear it anyway”. I hardly wear anything other than jeans t-shirt & fleece (partly due to my size & partly due to my head); so what she said was good encouragement.

I strongly dislike Lena’s style. But I don’t think it matters.
some of the photos are sentimental/atmospheric

She's happy, and that is wonderful, but that short dress is all kinds of ugly. It looks cheap and ill-fitting.

Guess there's a lid for every pot.

She looks happy. Hope it works out.

Yeah I think the dress is fug af and weird fitting too. But that's kind of her aesthetic.

The clothes are really cool, if unusual. But would it have killed them to cut and WASH their hair for their wedding day?????

    Yes, it would have.

    That's also her(their) aesthetic.
