It's on TMZ.com. I just says that Gloria Allred said that the FBI is investigating a hit order out on KFED. Doesn't say who ordered the hit, but it can't be hard to figure out.

TMZ has learned that reports of an FBI investigation into a plot to kill Kevin Ferderline are completely untrue -- however, an LAPD investigation was conducted in the past.

According to LAPD, the department opened an investigation into a threat on Federline's life nearly two months ago, but the case was closed due to insufficient evidence.

TMZ also spoke with the L.A. spokesperson for the FBI, who blasted reports claiming that the the FBI ever confirmed anything about a K-Fed investigation saying, "The information on the Internet on these reports is not accurate. It did not come from the FBI at all."

She must not have good confidentiality contracts with her bodyguards, former nannies, etc. I don't get it - they all roll over on her. I'm surprised she isn't suing them for breach of contract.

Now, if only we could get the GMD bodyguards to roll over on his secrets it would be a glorious day.

FoxNews is citing insiders at LA Family Court that in the wake of the bodyguard's testimony a judge has temporarily terminated Britney's custody.

^^She wasn't a "success" before. She was a manufactured pop star who kept her mouth shut and did what she was told. Now that she is all grown up and listening to no one but her own immature, over-indulged, selfish, drug-addled and let's face it, stupid and uneducated self, the real Britney is emerging.

She may or may not lose custody of her children. If she does, maybe hitting that bottom will wake her up, but I doubt even that.
