Also questioning whether or not she's gotten breast implants, is less a pervy inquiry than it is questioning Kris Jenner's parenting. I would never think that about any other 13 year old who suddenly became busty, but this is Kris Jenner's daughter, so yeah, breast implants are a possiblity.

It's not right to make fun of kids for their looks, even if they're celebrities or kids of them. Mock them all you want when they're 18 but they should be hands off until then.

I vote no on implants. Considering how many girls Kris has already raised, she must know full well that her breasts will continue to get bigger for the next couple of years (at least) on their own. I don't think she's above getting plastic surgery for her young daughter, just that she's raised enough heifers to know better re implants at a young age.
