And Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe have all had plastic surgery. Seeing as how only Rob is the only one who hasn't had PS so far, it's only natural that Kendall & Kylie be the next in line for some PS!
Plastic surgeons perform rhinoplasties ALL the time on teenagers younger than 18, I am willing to bet in Hollywood implants are performed on young teens fairly frequently too!
FWIW, I think Kris was happy to have her 13 yr old get breast implants because it's easier to deny later. She can whip out pics of Kylie at 13 and say "See, she's always had large breasts, even since she was 13!" I have NO doubt in my mind that was her plan!
