Those ridiculously long talons suggest, to me, that this young woman has no intention of changing diapers or providing any of her baby's essential care.

It's also obvious with the curved curtain rod and the curtains that don't hang straight. And what's with all the dark patches on the walls? Are those handprints?

It also looks like Kim photoshopped her second photo. The way her hair curls up makes it look like she lifted her jawline via photoshop and her hair lifted with it. The new lips are too big for the rest of her face. The proportions are all off.
