"I'm with him now. I'm with him!"

That's the talented actress of Mean Girls and Parent Trap I've been reading so much about? Admittedly I haven't seen a single Blohan movie, but are y'all sure you weren't just mesmerized by the little girl freckles she used to have?

Well, I'll give Lindsay The Parent Trap, but I hated Mean Girls.

Kat, that's what I think. Kid actors, in my unedumacated opinion, always look cute and seem to deliver well, cause we think, "Hey! Look at that cute young actor! How well s/he did that role!"

I haven't seen a role she's played as an adult that lived up to the promise or hype. "Georgia Rule?" Just Lindsay Lohan. "Herbie?" Just Lindsay Lohan with a VW. "Freaky Friday" was fun, but it still...Lindsay Lohan.

She's not been able to move from "Hey, I'm a cute kid actor" to "I can really embrace stuff and act well in stuff" like some other child actors have.

How can someone hate Mean Girls? It's like the gay bible now.

I think I'm more amused by the various quotes and references from the movie than the actual movie. Mostly I found it boring, derivative, overhyped, blah blah blah. I just could never get into it.

By "derivative," do you mean childish? I didn't like all the animal "Here's how we'd handle this in Africa when I was home schooled by my parents" kinda scenes, but did think the story line clever -- I read "Queen Bees & Wanna Bes" and thought Tina Fey did a good job in basing a script on it. So much more fun than had someone tried to put "The Reviving of Ophelia" on film, which is a similar book.

She was funny in the Teenage Drama Queen movie but in Freaky Friday Jamie Lee Curtis stole the movie from her and I'm not really a fan of JLC but she acted the pants off Lindsay (ok probably not her actual pants) and Blohan could have had so much fun with that part but she was kind of meh.

To be honest, all I meant was that I was bored watching it and wanted to throw out a few fancy, movie critic-approved adjectives to illustrate how bored I was. I didn't mean it in a literal sense necessarily. The script just didn't tickle my funny bone as it did many other people.

Depends on the legend. Actor? No. Skater in court and.all.the.other.things.associated.with.her? That's a legend that will never stop.
