    I doubt he will but he needs to be careful as his father's stable, benign, rule in a politically volatile region will be very difficult to maintain unless his wayward son earns his people's respect. Thailand as a reputation as being an immoral vice magnet where "anything goes" but actually the majority of the people are very conservative, conformist, traditional Buddhists with strong religious and cultural rules. A playboy King won't last very long and the army will take over.

    I think is going to be a huge deal. Throughout coups and violence and serious issues they've had their King. My friend who is Thai was telling me they celebrate his birthday in very lavish ways.
