Her ass does look remarkably different in those pics. The thing is anytime I've seen ass implants there's a demarcation line around them, like you see on breast implants. Hers don't have that though. 
Can you just have fat injected in your ass instead of actual implants?

^ I don't know, but I know you can have the fat in your hips and thighs lipoed out so your ass looks bigger. I have read they do that quite often. They say it is very rare to have actual ass implants.

That sounds more likely. She's got a tiny frame but in some of those pics you can see dimply fat on her arms, so she's probably had the fat sucked out of her waist, which makes her butt look even bigger.

Well I'm still not sure, in the before pictures its not like she is wearing a dress with her ass out, and you can tell she is THINNER then. I dont know why I'm defending this bullshit, but just because the OTHER sisters dont have one, what does that mean?
I'm the only one in my family that has to have a breast reduction! I have no implants and am a curvy woman, while the others besides my mom (in curves) are NOT. So the family gene dosent spread that way. Just because one person has ass or boobs thats your sister or mom, cousin etc dosent mean your getting it! Everyone in my family is a small c at best. she's heavier now than in the before pic, and I think it's possible that she could gain most of the weight in her ass. I'm exactly the same way, and I have before and after shots like those above that are similar...no butt implants here!
